What To Expect From Us
Scheduling a Walk-through:
First, we’ll visit your facility to do a no-hassle bid walk-through so we may assess your facility’s specific needs, and answer any questions you may have. Then, usually within 24 hours, you’ll be return a detailed bid proposal, which includes a job specifications and price breakdown summary.
During Cleaning:
Senior staff members will be the first to clean your facility to gain specific, applied knowledge on the exact cleaning methods and unique needs that your facility will require. Then, we will select a regular cleaning crew(who’ve all been pre-screened and have no criminal records). Your regular cleaner(s) will receive extensive on-the-job training from our senior staff, as well as be provided with highly detailed written cleaning guidelines
in order to meet the specific cleaning needs and requirements of your facility during every cleaning session.
After Cleaning:
We’ll provide regular onsite inspections and customer surveys to keep us updated on how well we’re performing. Your feedback will always be welcomed and appreciated. If any area of our work falls short of your requirements, we will solve the problem without delay, at no additional cost.

Hypoallergenic & Green Cleaning – We use non-irratant forms of cleaning and environmentally safe cleaning products whenever possible. We avoid using harsh chemicals or offensive smelling cleaning products.
Frequent Inspections – You’ll never have to worry about, or spend time checking on, the quality of our cleaning work. Our company’s owner and managers continually check the quality of work provided by our staff so that our services are always up to your standards.
Top-notch Communication – We understand the importance of being available to our customers day and night. You can contact us by phone during business hours, emergency after hours, and on the weekends, so that any situation or concern can be addressed immediately. Rates You Can Afford – We’re a non-franchised service company, meaning we do not pay franchise fees and commissions to a corporate office. Since we’re locally owned and operated, it allows us to pass the savings on to our clients and still be able to pay higher wages to our better quality cleaning staff.
Licensed, Insured, and Bonded – We provide you with peace of mind knowing our company has taken the necessary legal steps to protect your facility and its contents. Also, our cleaning employees must pass an extensive background check. We do not hire anyone who will put our customers’ building assets at risk.
No Long Term Contracts – We do not require any long term contract or commitments on facilities under 5,000 square feet of cleaning area. This means we’ll provide your facility with exceptional service every time in order to keep your business.
